About Me

I am many things…wife, mother, daughter, friend…all of these things define me.  I am a Southern Girl, back after 7 years in the beautiful desert of Arizona.

I love to cook…I believe it is one of my languages of love, one of the ways I express my affection.

I have many interests…from fashion to college football…I like to dabble in a lot of things…photography, graphic design, decorating, sewing.

I have 4 children, my oldest was 4 when my youngest was born…3 boys and a baby girl.  They are absolutely the light of my life.  My home is very chaotic, with the four of them running around…if I had a cooking show, it would be called “Cooking In Chaos” :).   I wouldn’t want my life to be any other way.  I had a fabulous career as a nurse, but decided to become a full-time Stay-At-Home-Mom.  I was a little frightened by this at first, wondering if I could handle it mentally…I have never been happier!  I thank God everyday for giving me this rare opportunity to raise my children.

Our family’s motto is “Never a Dull Moment”.  We live up to it…always something new & crazy going on.

I have been known to wear an apron and cook in high heels.

I hope you are entertained by my thoughts, I love this creative outlet I call my blog…some of my secrets will be revealed.

  1. I’m truly enjoying the design and layout of your blog. It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more pleasant for me
to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to
    create your theme? Superb work!

  2. The local villagers said that at the time of the renovation of dangerous buildings, there were two kinds of schemes. One was the so-called “private room”. Instead of spending money, the village organized construction workers to wrap the village’s earthen houses with bricks and covered with color steel plates.

  3. Wonderful blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo News. Do you have any suggestions on how
to get listed in Yahoo News? I’ve been trying for a while but
I never seem to get there! Thank you
